Pricematch Promise

We know how tempting it is to buy cheap bike bits online, so at Castle Bikes we promise that we will do our best to match online pricing wherever possible.

This offer covers stock items and special order items, we have accounts with most major suppliers, so we can get hold of pretty much whatever you desire.

This offer depends on the following terms and conditions.

-We will only match genuine retailers, so no Ebay. (Have you ever tried to resolve a warranty issue with an Ebay seller!)

-Item must be exactly the same and in stock with our competitor! (Including size and colour variations)

-Where we are price matching a bike we reserve the right to charge a small build fee which will include your first free service, when you buy a bike from us it's fully built and ready to ride, this is not the case with a lot of online retailers! 

-Very occasionally there are items which are being sold at less than our trade price, if this is the case we are unable to price match, we will give you our best price but understand if you chose to order online, we'd still be happy to fit the parts for you (at our normal workshop rates) 

So, no need to wait for missing packages, no more sitting on hold when your new bits haven't arrived, no more emails 3 weeks after your order to say that the bit that was a real bargain isn't actually in stock, no more ordering the wrong bit, or realising it's not compatible.
