That's awesome Noel!, reading those figures makes my knees go weak. I'm doing two marathons this year so if you fancy a running partner give me a shout, also do a club run on Thursdays ( 10 miles ) and a long run on Sundays ( 10-20 miles ) with Les Croupiers if you ever fancy joining us. Will be back out on the bike soon too as I want to do a few sportives this year. Happy training!! |

I have not entered any events as yet but I am concentrating on my running this year. I regularly run from my gaff up to the big house on the mountain road then up into the forestry and over to the maen llwydd then back along the ridgeway. I try and get out fairly early on a asaturday or sunday. I will start posting up to see if anyone else fancies coming along.
