The usual thursday night ride leaving the shop at 7 

The usual kit needed helmet,gloves,tubes, spares and a good mountian bike.

Things havent really gone to plan tonight and have had a bit of a crap day so wount be out ridding but if there is a pub stop will be temmted to meet you down there
